We have fireworks, a dance floor, a game of tag, King of the Hill, parkour courses, custom mob fights and a Shop where you can obtain offensive and defensive powerful weapons!

Birthday Party world closes shortly after the social so enjoy it while it's open!

Development Two is a world where members can create their own minigames - we have everything from parkour, to snakes and ladders to hunger games!

It is known as development2 in the server list in the game.

Development Two began as a space where RachelCAL needed to experiment with a scale map of a town local to her called Smethwick for a town planning project. You can still find the 2km x 2km square reproduction of Smethwick next to to the area where games first started to be created by members.

When the project was over, the server and the map of Smethwick remained unused until a member asked if they and other members could have a space to try to create their own mini games. Development 2 was not used and so it became the Development Space for members' mini games.

Pyramid PvP is a minigame spin off from the Pyramid Game in CraftyLand. After all the drama and arguments in The [[Crafty Land]] Pyramid Game, Reddust9 created a standalone version of The Pyramid Game to try and avoid much of the drama that had ensued.

It was really fun but wasn't quite finished, when Reddust got bored of developing it.

More than a year later, [[User:Dovakin602|Dovakin]] finished developing Pyramid PVP into a playable minigame.

Breakneck Battlegrounds is a spinoff of the [[Battlegrounds SMP]] which follows the same rules in terms of griefing and PvP. It has a unique gameplay loop involving several elements and phases. The server spends most of its time in a normal phase however at certain scheduled times found in the [[Breakneck Battlegrounds#Breakneck Battlegrounds Time Table|Timetable]] special events [[Breakneck Battlegrounds#Loot drops|Loot drops]] and most importantly [[Breakneck Battlegrounds#Sudden death|Sudden death]] will start.

Most of the time this server acts a lot like the normal [[Battlegrounds SMP]] however it has several unique features and differences which separates it.

The server uses a seasonal model with each season lasting approximately 4-5 weeks with one drop occurring per week on a Tuesday until the final week where the sudden death event starts. When a season ends the server is reset and the new season begins

The server uses a unique keep inventory system meaning you '''do''' drop your inventory '''if''' you were killed by another player (Note: Items are still lost of you die of other causes while you are combat tagged) For any death other than then these player will keep their inventory,

=== Loot drops ===
Loot drops (referred to as just drops) are item drops which 'fall' from the sky and contain valuable loot. They take a random time between 4 and 6 minutes after the event starts to be available to be looted. The drops location is announced at the start of the before mentioned time. Timings of all the drops are announced before the season starts in the [[Breakneck Battlegrounds#Breakneck Battlegrounds Time Table|Timetable]]

=== Sudden death ===
Sudden death is by far the most important event on the server as it marks the end of the season, the server reset and the winner of the season. Sudden death works a lot like a battle royal. When the event starts respawning is disabled for all players and the world border will start shrinking, it will continue shrinking over the course of half an hour until it reaches a diameter of 10 blocks. When there is 10 minutes remaining on the timer all teams will be disabled meaning there is no longer any protection against fighting your own team and even if a team does hold together for someone to win the game a fight between former team members must start because only one person can win a season. When the border finishes shrinking all alive players will be given the glowing effect until they die. The last player standing is the winner of sudden death and the season. The server then goes offline for reset and a new season launches.

During development the server was known as Battlegrounds2 or batt2 however this name was just a placeholder until a new name was picked from several suggestions by players ultimately the winner was Breakneck Battlegrounds from Pokeboy567. All the entries were:

The server launched without issue during the Monday social on the 13th of June. Upon the server opening everyone spawned in and immediately people started fighting. Eventually players started to disperse and gear up. Within the first few hours many fights broke out some small and others large and at the end of the day the auditors2 had 18 kills

Breakneck Battlegrounds is a spinoff of the [[Battlegrounds SMP]] which follows the same rules in terms of griefing and PvP. It has a unique gameplay loop involving several elements and phases. The server spends most of its time in a normal phase however at certain scheduled times found in the [[Breakneck Battlegrounds#Breakneck Battlegrounds Time Table|Timetable]] special events [[Breakneck Battlegrounds#Loot drops|Loot drops]] and most importantly [[Breakneck Battlegrounds#Sudden death|Sudden death]] will start.

== Gameplay ==
Most of the time this server acts a lot like the normal [[Battlegrounds SMP]] however it has several unique features and differences which separates it.

=== Seasonal model ===
The server uses a seasonal model with each season lasting approximately 4-5 weeks with one drop occurring per week on a Tuesday until the final week where the sudden death event starts. When a season ends the server is reset and the new season begins

=== Keep Inventory ===
The server uses a unique keep inventory system meaning you '''do''' drop your inventory '''if''' you were killed by another player (Note: Items are still lost of you die of other causes if you are combat tags) For any death other than then these player will keep their inventory,

=== Loot drops ===
Loot drops (referred to as just drops) are item drops which 'fall' from the sky and contain valuable loot. They take a random time between 4 and 6 minutes after the event starts to be available to be looted. The drops location is announced at the start of the before mentioned time. Timings of all the drops are announced before the season starts in the [[Breakneck Battlegrounds#Breakneck Battlegrounds Time Table|Timetable]]

=== Sudden death ===
Sudden death is by far the most important event on the server as it marks the end of the season, the server reset and the winner of the season. Sudden death works a lot like a battle royal. When the event starts respawning is disabled for all players and the world border will start shrinking, it will continue shrinking over the course of half an hour until it reaches a diameter of 10 blocks. When there is 10 minutes remaining on the timer all teams will be disabled meaning there is no longer any protection against fighting your own team and even if a team does hold together for someone to win the game a fight between former team members must start because only one person can win a season. When the border finishes shrinking all alive players will be given the glowing effect until they die. The last player standing is the winner of sudden death and the season. The server then goes offline for reset and a new season launches.

During development the server was known as Battlegrounds2 or batt2 however this name was just a placeholder until a new name was picked from several suggestions by players ultimately the winner was Breakneck Battlegrounds from Pokeboy567. All the entries were:

=== Launch ===
The server launched without issue during the Monday social on the 13th of June. Upon the server opening everyone spawned in and immediately people started fighting. Eventually players started to disperse and gear up. Within the first few hours many fights broke out some small and others large and at the end of the day the auditors2 had 18 kills
