			The idea is to have safe protected spaces where members can have a place to help them feel calm and self-regulate. Minecraft can be quite intense sometimes, especially with pvp and competitive minigames so it can help to have a space to help you calm down and feel better if things get a bit much.

			You can build whatever you want. Some members find the act of building itself calming and an aid to self regulation, others have created a build that helps them feel calm to spend time in it.
